In this deeply moving episode, I sit down with Dr. Robin Braun to explore the journey of healing from eating disorders, perfectionism, and performance-based identity — through the transformative love of Father God.
Dr. Braun shares her unique path into inner healing, combining tools like frequency work, muscle testing, and deliverance ministry with her work as a licensed professional counselor. Her approach has helped countless individuals break free from trauma and step into true identity and wholeness.
We also step into the weightier side of her calling — her groundbreaking work with survivors of extreme trauma, including Satanic ritual abuse and MKUltra. These stories are not easy to hear, but they reveal a profound truth: when darkness is exposed, it loses its power. As Dr. Braun says, “Once you take the lid off of darkness, darkness loses its power.”
Rather than focusing on the trauma itself, Dr. Braun brings survivors into encounters with Jesus — where wounded parts are met with love, truth, and miraculous healing. It’s a conversation that will challenge you, stretch your understanding, and ultimately point you back to hope.
Dr. Braun is also the author of impactful books including Living Like a Son: Releasing Blocks to Truly Knowing a Loving Father God and Thrive: Applying Biblical & Quantum Energy Principles to Live a Transformed Life.
This episode is a powerful reminder: no matter how deep the wound, healing is possible.

SPEAKER_01I am very excited to be here today.
SPEAKER_03Well, we would love to hop right in. So can you tell us a little bit about your journey of coming to know Jesus?
SPEAKER_01Sure. I was um so my parents were both raised in Christian homes. Uh my mother, especially, kind of had the southern, deep south, southern Baptist, hellfire and brimstone upbringing, like many people in depression. And so she rebelled. She just, you know, her belief was she couldn't be good enough for God. And so she spent kind of her whole life running from God, truly, honestly, believed she was going to hell most of her life, but had a false belief that she kind of missed her window and that was it. Like God was only giving her one chance. So I, you know, I know that in hindsight. So I had uh two praying grandmothers who were faithful, and my my dad's mom was also just a godly saint. And so I grew up in Massachusetts, which is mostly Catholic and Jewish. So like I would have this cultural experience of uh nobody, there's no such nobody to use the word born-again or saved or anything. Um, but then I would go visit my family in the South, and I thought, well, I guess born-again people only live in the South, you know, you have this logic, right? So, you know, I really say God found me, and I am grateful for those prank grandmothers because I think they kept me out of trouble. I'm certain I tried to get in trouble, and it just didn't happen, right? I just God just had this hand over me that kept me from doing some really stupid stuff that I saw my older brother just get away with. And um, and so what happened was um, you know, it's truly a cool story. I probably knew two born-again Christians my whole life growing up in Massachusetts. And uh I actually went to a Catholic university in Dallas because I got a scholarship there, but you know, I was used to being the token Protestant in the Catholic world, so that was no big deal to me. And um, but I came home, I was home for one summer break, and I just things were actually going really well in my life, but I just felt like there was something very empty. I was I was 20. And I ran into one of these two born-again Christians uh at of all places, a Richard Simmons aerobic studio. And so she invited me to church. There happened to be a vineyard church in Framingham, Massachusetts in the in the 80s.
SPEAKER_03Wow, okay.
SPEAKER_01And so I, you know, and I'd gone to Methodist church, you know, I would be the I was the kid who was like, Can you please take me to church? I would I grew up in a Methodist church. We would go to Methodist church. Um, so I went with her to uh this vineyard and I just cried the whole time. And and so at 14 I prayed the sinner's prayer and I thought, well, that was it, you know, and that's all I knew. And um, but there was something different here. I just, you know, it was the Holy Spirit, but I didn't know what that was. I just wanted to go. It was like something was different about this place. It didn't feel religious, you know. I I got there and the the pastors on stage with flip-flops and the Hawaiian shirt playing guitar, you know, and he's the worship leader and the pastor, you know, so it's just very different from the robes and everything I grew up with. Anyway, long story short, that you know, God began to draw me, and then I was actually with my grandmother and both my aunts in Atlanta, and they were um going to some revival service, and I think what I noticed was that they were just so excited about the Lord, like they just had it. They just were their whole lives. Once, once my two aunts got saved, they just were on fire. Still, my 80-year-old aunt's head of these ministries, and she's just been on fire for the Lord for you know 50 years. So I saw that and I was like, I didn't have that, right? And so, anyway, long story short, at this service, there was this one guy I kept being drawn to, and I went down and just asked him to pray for me, and he kind of touched me, and that was it, and I accepted Christ. So that was my salvation story. And because I think I had gone, I I was not in like a painful place in my life, but just more realizing I kind of had everything going for me, and I still had this emptiness. And so that really led to me just that's it, like I'm pursuing Jesus above all else, and never looked back.
SPEAKER_03So amen. That's a great story. Just filled with so much joy, too. Like you can see little pockets of what he was doing. That's so cool.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and I recently found this girl on Facebook. Finally, I never knew her married name, and somehow I found her and messaged her, and you know, I want to reconnect with her and just have her realize how much she just showed up. The Lord just used her just by inviting me to church, you know, just by being herself.
SPEAKER_03So that's right. That's so cool. So I would love to hear, we're gonna get into some hard questions and everything, but I would love to hear a little bit about your journey of walking into freedom from an eating disorder.
SPEAKER_01Sure. So trying to keep it condensed. Um, I think what happened was here's how it began very critical, controlling mother who had an eating disorder herself. So it was very modeled for me. Um, in eighth grade, I discovered babysitting, cookies and cream, ice cream, and soap operas all at the same time. Uh so in a very short period of time, I gained some weight. I was always a thin, athletic person. And all I did that summer, going between eighth and ninth grade, was cut out sweets, go to the pool every day, and slow down in my eating. I grew up competing with two older brothers on eating, right?
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01And you know, like if you don't eat fast, the food's gone. So that type of thing. So I get back to school in ninth grade, and I had a lot of rejection in middle school. I always say teenage girls keep me in business because we were all one and we all have like horrific, terrible teenage girl trauma, right? And so I went back to school in ninth grade, and I got all this attention even from girls who had been mean to me prior to that. And I was like, okay, like, and this is in the in the 70s, and it was still like kind of the post-Twiggy era, right? Okay, it was skinny, skinny, skinny, right? All the jeans fit the skinny bodies, and I was not skinny, and I was thin, but I was not, I was built more curvy, yeah. So, um, anyway, so that kind of led to this idea of controlling my food, obsessing about calories, learning how to do all that, exercising. And you know, from an addiction standpoint, when you feel I my life wasn't out of control, I just was an empath and I had this whole lot bowl full of trapped emotions that I didn't have anyone to talk to about. Sure. So typically when we're stuffing pain, one of the things that can come of that is obsessive thoughts, right? That's one of the correlations. So, anyway, so that started the eating disorder, kind of mild anorexia. By the grace of God, thank those two praying grandmothers. I was never successful at sticking my fingers down my throat and getting my food to throw up, or that would have been, you know, that because my other people I know who had bulimia was much more destructive to the body, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, absolutely.
SPEAKER_01Did through some different things, just trying to manage my weight. Most of it was just really tormenting with obsessive thoughts and controlling food and looking at anything, knowing like how many calories were in it, you know, counting calories, a lot of control. So um, fast forward to getting saved, and when I was um 21, I had just broken off an engagement. Okay, and I took a semester off school and I was back home, and it was my mother who said, Hey, while you're home, go before you go back to school, would you be willing to go to a treatment center for the eating disorder? Like we never talked about it, but it was evident that I had one, right? Yeah, and I just said yes, I was like, yeah, I've got this time. I was really depressed, you know, breaking off this engagement. And um, so I went into the treatment center and I just really felt the Lord speak to me. I'd been a crit, same year I got saved, um, and say, I actually wasn't 21. Oh no, yeah, next year. So it was a year after that. Um, I felt the Lord say, You are um uh I'm calling you to counseling. Like I just felt this is my calling. And I think, you know, just even have somebody who who wanted to listen to my pain, someone to talk to about my pain. You know, I always say Massachusetts is one of the meanest states in the country. And so besides being an empath with all of this meanness and having a mean older brother, I mean, not horror, not horrible compared to a lot of stories, but just super sensitive. Um, there was just there was no one I ever had to talk to about you know my feelings. I didn't even know how to talk about my feelings. So I was like, wow, somebody cares. This feels great. I want to go to therapy the rest of my life. This is awesome, right? Yeah. So God, you know, said I want so I went back to college, changed my master's my degree to psychology, um, and then kind of went from there. So fast forward, I moved to Atlanta after graduating to get my master's degree, and I had this one event that really um marked me in a in a profound way. I was actually part of an evangelism group. Like we were we did street witnessing, right? So and so we were in Little Five Points in Atlanta. Yeah, we're outside. Yeah, we were outside a Deadhead concert, right? A Grateful Dead concert. There's all these deadheads around, and I remember trying to witness to this guy, and he was drunk. And I was just telling him, you know, Jesus loved him, God loved him, and God could set him free. You know, it was like, he's like, but I'm an alcoholic, and I know my mom's praying for me. And I said, Well, God can set you free from your alcoholism. And my next thought was, but I'm not free from an eating disorder. And so even though I had gone to treatment and you know, which is a month long, no treatment ever cures anybody, it just kind of gets the ball rolling. Yeah, I had not like continued on with whatever they had recommended, you know, 12-step programs, all that. And so it was in that moment I knew like my one of my hallmarks of my practice, my training, all that is you have to practice what you preach. How could I help other people with addiction if I was still one or in it? Right. And so I really dug my heels in and just began to pursue all of these different things that would help me get free from that. I just made it a priority. Um, you know, and I did, I God just supernaturally led me. My new best friend was a naturopath, and she helped me with nutrition, and I didn't really understand brain chemistry at the time. It was not from that aspect, but um, you know, I went to more therapy, I went to a lot, I learned all these inner healing models. I started pursuing inner healing and deliverance at the time. It was just everywhere. One of the biggest, most impactful things, which will segue into living like a son, was um I encountered Charles Solomon was the guy's name, and he wrote all these books on what we call performance-based identity or performance-based acceptance. And so, this idea that even as Christians, that we develop our identity around performing for God, about being good, you know, all that. And so that really resonated with me. And there was a whole uh, it's called Grace Fellowship in Atlanta, and there they had a whole like Christian counseling basis around this idea of performance-based acceptance, right? So I read the books, it really resonated. Um, and so I really was chasing after this idea that because my whole life I'd been a perfectionist, I was graduated third in the class of 550. You know, I had a I was a good athlete. And just because I had a critical mother, my love language was words, you know, I identified love with perfection, with doing everything right, you know, instead of saying, Great job on the eight A's, why did you get the A minus, you know, and then it didn't say great job on the eight A's, it was just why the A minus, right? It was always what did you not do right, not all the things you did do right? And I she was a wonderful person, just her own trauma and her own critical parent, you know, that had buried in her. I realized I was the only girl and she just had these super high expectations of me because she saw the potential. But this sensitive little kid, that's not what I heard. What I heard was good enough, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So perfectionism really, really dough, you know, went into this performance-based identity stuff. Um, some of it was hard. Some of God asked me to do some very hard things in that. And uh I really got a lot of healing about that. Um, I would say the final thing to overcome the eating disorder was I moved to the Lord told me to move to Orlando, where my parents lived from Atlanta, drop out of graduate school, just pursue a mint more ministry route type of training and practice rather than psychology at the time. Uh, and then he sent me back 20 years later. And um, and then just really kind of more pursuing inner healing deliverance models, that type of thing. And really, I think the thing that pushed it over the edge for me was getting pregnant. So my body shifted from having this image of what I'm supposed to look like to now I'm an incubator for another human life. And so that allowed me to the daily obsessive thoughts or patterning that had taken place for 14 years, right? I was able to um step away from that with some new thought patterns. And so reprogramming my beliefs and my thoughts, even though I didn't know that's what I was doing, was kind of that final piece that you know brought me away from you know, this this stronghold that I'd had for so many years.
SPEAKER_03Wow. I mean, that is that is just wild, but then you also see how God has used that to develop what you would do today. Absolutely. And so tell us a little bit about your book, Living Like a Son. I was really, I don't know, I was very impressed with like trying to understand knowing a truly loving father God. Like the whole title, I'm just sitting there going, Yep. That is exactly what so many people need to walk in.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and so I think in my private practice, um really what I see consistently is that at the core of everybody's issues is a low self-esteem of some sort, right? Worthlessness, low self-esteem, rejection, abandonment, kind of all that category, not good enough. And essentially, we get that by living in the world and basing our identity on performing, right? From an early on, you know, parents buy about four, you know, whatever, good, bad parents, but just it's what did I do right? What did I do wrong? You get into school, it's what did I do right? You know, the good kids are the teachers' favorites, they'd smart kids, the kids, you know, so you just have this massive, our whole life is about reinforcing performance, right? And God's model is upside down. And so even in the church, now, you know, because I got saved, I didn't have any like theological upbringing. You know, I got saved, and then when I got filled with the Holy Spirit, it was like I just God's presence was with me all the time. And I just say in 35 years of God's presence, he was always loving to me, always. No matter what I had done wrong. You know, I might feel convicted about something, but his presence was always overwhelming, intense love. So I and I had a good dad. I had a good dad. So I didn't have a lot of paradigms to overcome. I didn't have a lot of father wounds, right? Sure. Um, it wasn't my primary thing, it was more mother wounds. And so uh it wasn't that hard for me. And so then I'd kind of already had this performance-based healing, right? So put all that together and realizing that at the core of people's issues is is believing they're not good enough. They're, you know, and that if, and then the fear that if they do something wrong, God's gonna punish them. Or so there's a lot of bad theology out there, right? There's just a lot of bad theology. I'm just gonna call it that. Yeah. Um, and I believe that one of the reasons is that most people who are cultivating the theology have these father wounds to a certain degree. That's probably what led them to the ministry in the first place, or theology. They're trying to figure stuff out. So and I'm not saying all or nothing, just that was what I see most people's experience. So, really, what I wanted to create this uh message of hey, we can believe up here God is a loving father, but after doing the modality I created and realizing that we are we are guided by our subconscious, not by our conscious mind. Our subconscious is exponentially more powerful in our conscious mind. And those subconscious beliefs in our nervous system dictate everything. So if our our words can betray what we really believe, people can say, I believe God loves me all the time, listen for about five more minutes, and they're gonna contradict what they just said, right? Or God's unconditionally loving to everybody but me. Like, I'm I get punished. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So really, my goal was like, hey, let me, people, we're called to manifest sonship in this earth. It says in scripture, all the earth is groaning and waiting for the manifestation of sons. And and sons reflect the kingdom, they reflect the true Father, the true Jesus, the true Holy Spirit. To me, it is the most important thing we can do. You know, it says in Isaiah, heaven, heaven is my throne, the earth is my footstool. Right? He says I'm he's searching for a resting place, right? He can't rest when we're full of fear and worry and doubt. He he needs, you know, and I talk about this in my books, vibrationally, peace and joy need to be our overall vibration for us to align with the kingdom of God. And he's looking for a resting place, and we just we chase worry, we chase fear, we pursue all this stuff. And scripture is very clear that we're not supposed to be in fear over and over and over again. Amen. And worry.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, over and over.
SPEAKER_01Well, you can't be uh, you know, if we're if we don't really understand sonship, then we have to be a slave. A slave is always afraid. A slave is always afraid, they're gonna disappoint God, do something wrong, be punished, bad things are gonna happen. They may not say that consciously, but that's the structure of their belief system. And so, really, a lot of my book was to sh to ask a lot of questions of why we believe this, where did it come from, shift this paradigm to God is always a loving father, Satan is always wants to steal, kill, and destroy.
SPEAKER_03Yep.
SPEAKER_01And the main reason bad things happen is more of a courts of heaven concept or the law of sowing and reaping. So if we can become aware of where we're sowing and reaping, the law of attraction, whatever we believe, you know, is coming back to us, and I talk about that in my book Thrive. Sure. From a scriptural standpoint, and then where do we actually believe God is not unconditionally loving because we're programmed by our own earthly experience with our earthly fathers. So that really is kind of the trajectory of the book, and that to me the solution for 1800 different denominations in the United States truly is love. Jesus said, Love God, love yourself, and love others. Yeah, and so when theology is not your most important thing, when love You know, when we're filled with God's love and we experientially experience that and we believe we're loved, we truly have the ability to un you know unconditionally because we'll never be perfect, but to love others. And so really that was kind of the goal. The second goal of my book, which I don't really talk about, um, is that as I work with ritual abuse, as I've worked in this idea of the occult and Satanism, Lucifer, Baal, Moloch, all these other deities that they worship, they are brutally perfectionist, expecting perfection in the sense of if you do one thing wrong, there's punishment.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_01And so when you understand Luciferianism and why rituals have to be so perfect and so exact, and they truly do live in fear. And I thought, you know, I believe there's been this hidden agenda that's infiltrated theology to make God look like Lucifer. Yeah. And so I don't really share that a lot. I think, you know, uh being on these other podcasts about SRA, I'm a little more open talking about this.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah. I'm very curious. Do you mind unpacking that just a little bit? Because that's huge.
SPEAKER_01Sure. Um uh, you know, so I just talked about the performance-based identity that we have to perform to earn God's love. We're slaves. Well, Luciferianism is about if you do enough right, Lucifer will give you an eternal destiny. Now we know he's a liar, but that's the promise. But it's like you have to not make any mistakes, you have to be the best. All of MKUltra, all of SRA is about no room for mistakes. It all has to be done perfectly. You have to memorize these extensive rituals and do them exactly right. And if you don't do it right, there will be a brutal consequence. And so, with this idea of really all the Old Testament gods were performance-based, right? You had to give human sacrifices, you you had to do these exact perfect blood sacrifices exactly the way they demanded, and then they began to translate that over to, you know, our God. If we don't do the ritual right, you know, yeah, we're, you know. So I have some explanations of some old my thoughts on some Old Testament scriptures in the book. And then there's some other books that people have written where they deep dive into more things that seem to contradict God's character and nature of being a loving father. Okay. So bigger, big, really big story to unpack. But I suggest people read the book, and there's some, you know, other books in there that make reference to other books too.
SPEAKER_03Absolutely.
SPEAKER_01But really, if we can shift the paradigm to explain why bad things happen, other than God is punishing us, then it gives us a biblical groundwork to switch our paradigm to think and live differently, then we're afraid of God. And we unpack some of these scriptures that you know, God is light, God is love, it says perfect love casts out all fear. You can't actually be in fear in God's presence. So any word in scripture that says fear is mistranslated. Now it's awesome, it's amazing, but you know, I'm gonna defer to the words of Jesus in the New Testament over what people have translated in the Old Testament.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01My experience of the Father, of Jesus, of the Holy Spirit of Jesus for 35 years has consistently been love, consistently, and never anything other than that. And if Jesus says, I and the Father are one, if you've seen me, you've seen the Father. If Jesus wouldn't do it, the Father wouldn't do it. If if then all of the New Testament, God is love, God is light, perfect love casts out all fear, you know, love is patient, love is kind, never jealous, whatever. So all those we can attribute to the character of Father God. And so now we understand justice. The courts of heaven principle says there's a care quality about God that he has to be fair, he has to be just.
SPEAKER_03Sure, absolutely. That's so cool. Thank you for for taking that little rabbit hole, a little rabbit trail there. But I mean, speaking of SRA, and I'm jumping around here a little bit, can you tell us like some of the work that you do with satanic ritual abuse survivors? And then I would love to hear a little bit about the MK Ultra stuff as well.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Um, so in 2000, I in 2008, I had a friend who worked with ritual abuse survivors, which I thought was okay. Sure. Um, we did some therapy type of courses together, right? So we connected and she would tell me stories. And because I was coming out of a marriage to a sex addict and having worked with spouses of sex addicts for four years in ministry, I was like, I don't want to work with hard to heal cases, right? I was like, can can things just be easy for a while? Like, you know, sex addict can be brutally painful for the mate, whether it's male or female, not being gender specific. I just worked with the wives since I was a wife. And so I was like, and so I had this dream in 2008. In the dream, um, my friend hands me this bag and I open it up and it's full of money. And I close the bag up and I hand it back to her, and I say no, thank you in the dream. And so I knew when I woke up, like God was giving me an opportunity to say yes to working with ritual abuse survivors. And I just said, I'm not equipped. I I don't want to do this. I'm just coming out of divorce and complex PTSD. Like I had this journey. So fast forward, you know, I 2012, I'm giving you a really short version. The Lord leads me to discuss emotion code very supernaturally, get trained in emotion code, and then I'm like, okay, if we can muscle test the subconscious for trapped emotions and traumas, we can muscle test it for everything because it's a supercomputer. And I talk about this in my books. So and I have a video on my website that explains the modality I created, but sure. Uh I didn't invent muscle testing, I didn't even create the idea that we can communicate directly with the subconscious using muscle testing. I just threw everything that I knew and was learning and body, soul, and spirit into a toolbox and then did that and launched a training program in 2017 with this toolbox. Okay. Um, because I knew that's what the Lord was telling me to do. And because of my inner healing and deliverance and generational iniquity, all that experience I'd had from all the years of training, my spiritual component of my toolbox is very expansive. And so, all right, so fast forward. Um I every once in a while, God would sneak a survivor in, but I didn't know they were survivors. Um, but we would do some work and it would peel off layers and then their memories would start coming back, right? Because one of the reasons people go to therapy are gonna be hidden repressed trauma. So they didn't come in going, yeah, you know, I was satanically ritually abused, or the otherwise I'd go, that's not my field. I'm gonna refer you out to somebody, right? So but I saw some progress doing that. So then um, like subconsciously, God, I knew God was calling me into this, but I thought, well, I'm gonna do my doctoral dissertation on using the toolbox I created, but using emotional release, uh nutrition, prayer, and like uh quantum energy technology to remediate the effects of trauma-based mind control. That was the title of my dissertation, and I thought, wow, I've got this toolbox, I'm training people. I'll train other people who want to work with survivors, right? But then I don't have to, right? So then like I was checking off that box for God where I didn't, I could say no, but then I could send. And and the couple survivors I had, they were hard, they were draining. And a lot of it was I just didn't feel qualified enough to really help them or work with them. Sure. And I wanted to, if I was gonna work with the people, I wanted to, I wanted it to be effective, right? Okay, so then in 2021, I started getting uh I had one client who became my mission field for a while, and she was a survivor, it was very fascinating. She had many personalities and they all had different names, and they would like write me love notes and letters. They were all little, she was a girl, she was all little girls, and so I I began to learn organically from walking with her. And one of the things that I think the Lord did, which helped push my ball down the playing field for that, is I saw a lot of results of me praying with her. Like, if you don't believe you have authority for something, then like this isn't doing any good. I'm not waiting, I'm wasting my time. Yeah, but I began to see shifts happen when I would pray for her, and literally sometimes um, and I took this from the book The Shining Man with Hurt Hands, he was he would pray for people on a keyboard, he never spoke to them. He would just type prayers in, and then just by reading the prayer, they would get some kind of healing. So I thought, okay, well, I can do this with voice memos. So I'd be sending her voice memos, and when stuffed witches were showing up astraling into her room, and she'd be like, the witches are here again. I'd be like, I'd send her voice memo because it was like every day. And then she would play the voice memo and the witches would leave. I'm like, well, okay. So I began to build some confidence that okay, you know, like God can use me to do this, like these things are working. I realized I had because of all the stuff I'd done, because of praying for my ex-husband, because it's not seeing people get well, all of those things, I truly had a belief that my prayers aren't as effective as other people's prayers, right? Yeah, so I began to see progress, and then God began bringing me a couple other survivors, and then they wanted to do my training. So what happened when they did my training is they learned they could sit down and work on themselves every day and not get one or two hours a week working with someone else. Now they still worked with me also. Sure. But when when you get what I saw was when they got to a certain place of healing, they they could identify their own parts, take those parts to Jesus, have trauma memories come up and process them themselves. Like there's a certain percentage place where a survivor gets to where they can kind of do a lot of self-work and and get to sure. Okay. So I thought, okay, this my thesis is being proven true, but this actually is working with survivors. And um, and so had a few of those, and then uh in August of 2022 is when the Lord just really sat me down and he said, Would you be willing to work with this population? And um, you know, and I I shared this story on another podcast, but I said yes, and I said two conditions. One, if my children get attacked, I'm done. I'm tapping out. Sure. Um, or if I'm getting, you know, but but I really believed the courts of heaven stuff. Like I'd done a ton of generational work, I had pretty clean generational line, you know, I didn't have overt open doors in my life. I stayed on top of it because I could muscle test, I could use my toolbox on myself.
SPEAKER_03Sure.
SPEAKER_01And uh, and I just said, you know, I have this sonship mindset which says this is an invitation, not a command, because I'm a son, not a slave. And so I said yes, and then you know, I really felt my life level up, my kids were getting blessed, and I, you know, every once in a while, up to yesterday, I'll get people like, I just see this army of angels that stand behind you, and in the spirit realm, you've got this sword, and you're just cutting the heads off these reptilians. And I'm like, cool, thank you. Like, I have no idea that's going on. Yeah. So um, anyway, so that kind of led to me really saying yes, and then little by little, I I began to do, I had to do some deep dives to do my doctoral dissertation, but I just began to do more research, more study, more learning, and then in sessions, and so then I created an advanced toolbox that my practitioners have done my training can get trained in, um, and began to use that on the survivors that went as weird as you can get. And as whatever was coming up, I just throw it in this new toolbox. Um, and seems to be pretty effective at really identifying what's going on, and then what it's always about what is the root and then what is the remedy. Um, so we don't get on the wrong trail for what's actually presenting, and um, and so that's kind of how I've come to work with that. Um, so with your other question, you kind of have you have multiple camps, but you have two kind of delineations. So you have more of the witchcraft SRA, which is gonna be training in witchcraft. There's still trauma-based mind control, but it's more just dark arts power, witchcraft, and what we call OG or old school Satanism, right? We're gonna do blood rituals, sex rituals, we have all of that going on. It's very prolific. And then what happened after World War II is the US took a bunch of Nazi scientists who were, you know, the equivalent of MIT brilliant guys, that Joseph Mengele had developed this whole trauma-based mind control modality to create what super soldiers basically mentoring candidate, you know, born identity, these kind of um MK Ultra. So that that birthed into MK Ultra, that's all declassified information. Anyone can look that up. And so as the MKUltra progressed, you know, it got they got busted in 73, and all they really revealed is they were using like um, you know, drugs to induce states where they could do trauma-based mind control. But they but what they had done, because Mengela was an occultist too, right, is that they had really married the occult SRA with the government, the government dark projects married into the Satanism and and united them because they saw they could be much more effective if they used the magic and witchcraft as on top of so they took on these developed um protocols and even way back to the you know the birth of the Jesuits. Let me make a mistinction, your a distinction, you may have a lovely Jesuit priest who you love. That is not the Jesuits I'm talking about. They are the they're up at the very top of the Illuminati food chain, and they do create and have since the 1500s, 1600s, the methodologies for trauma-based mind control. And you will probably never see these people. They're gonna be the underground, you know, priests and Illuminati world, dark world, dark, you know, deep state, dark world. Yeah, but they have you know, they're probably the most prolific at torture and trauma-based mind control techniques, and so all that got married in. So you had your underground labs on bases, military bases, where they were experimenting on humans. And again, the kind of the best thing is just the flashes on those kind of movies, trauma, uh, mentoring candidate, conspiracy theory, born identity, of creating multiple personalities so that they can create these very focused super soldiers. And so you have occult Luciferianism, and you have government Luciferianism, married together, um, overlapping techniques. And so most of my clients are gonna be both, not all of them, some of them are just witch witchcraft, come from a heavy supercraft background, but most of them are gonna have that, and then really the end game at this point is what we call New World Order Super Soldiers, uh, which is activating sleepers who don't know they're super soldiers, and then they're gonna follow commands at whatever, like you know. I don't know if you saw Divergent, they shoot the thing in their neck, they suddenly become zombie, you know, like their father.
SPEAKER_03I have not seen that.
SPEAKER_01No, that's a good example of just you put something neurologically in the body, and then they can control it with frequency. And so it's a good movie. I I I I try to explain everything. People are gonna go watch this. Yeah, because people go watch these movies and go, that's what it's like, you know. They don't have to create an image of something they've never seen. Like, here's, you know, they're they're all I always say when they say, What does it work like to work with survivors? I go, Well, just imagine every movie you've ever seen is true, and so that's um intel, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Do you feel like they've sort of been signaling through the movies that hey, this is really all good, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Well, I feel like um it's a principle of uh, well, so quantum principle says everything is in potentiality or waveform until we observe it. So the observer effect says when this was the double slit experiment, when we look at energy in a waveform and we use our human energy to observe it, it actually causes it to collapse from a wave to a particle. And so the energy of humanity focusing on something, and I teach all this in my in my books, these are quantum physics principles, but applied to our lives, right? And so I believe one of the reasons they do this, you know, one theory is they have to tell us what they're doing, and that may be true, but they also have to have somebody observe it in order for it to happen.
SPEAKER_03Well, for buy-in, right?
SPEAKER_01And and and when you, you know, when you go to a concert or when you watch the Super Bowl, right? When you watch the rituals and you don't object, then you give permission as well. Because you don't know you're watching a ritual, right? No, yeah, it's just a they're they're sneaky, it's a trick.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And so um, so really that's kind of um how you know what I believe. But the movies, the movies are out there. I walk I watch it for intel more than entertainment. Um now I didn't for years, but I always realized why were all these movies my favorite movies? And God was like, I've always called you to do this, you just didn't know it.
SPEAKER_03So you're like, I'm paying attention now, Lord.
SPEAKER_01Yes, yeah. Sometimes I'll go, okay, what do I need to watch next? And sure, I'll watch something, and within a few weeks I'll have a client who's telling a story of this, you know, this movie scene flashes in my head. I'll go, okay, that makes sense.
SPEAKER_03So oh my word, seriously?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, yeah. So that's how God uses my seer gift is I get movie scenes flashed through my head. So because it's so visually like when you think of Matrix, could you have ever imagined the idea that we are being used by some supercomputer for our energy that we're batteries charging up this massive AI if you hadn't seen The Matrix, right? So you know, anyway, stuff like that.
SPEAKER_03There's lots of movies, but um oh, I know we could we could talk about this for hours because for sure, for sure. Because I'm sitting here going it's also a fun conversation.
SPEAKER_01I've got lots of like I know, yeah. So that's really where the two are married, and you know what I believe is that survivors are waking up to their story. We're seeing even with Epstein massive shift. Once you take the lid off of darkness, darkness loses its power.
SPEAKER_03Amen.
SPEAKER_01And so this agenda of we're gonna just hit the go button for that millions of super soldiers and they're gonna start shooting and do false flags and all that. That is the New World Order agenda. And so I believe God has a hack, He has a plan. I believe we're seeing that unfold. Um, one of the newer things we're seeing more and more of it's been around a long time and we've read about it, but we're seeing people actually talking about it more is uh voice to skull technology, um, Havana syndrome, which is voices in your head. And so I believe a lot of the COVID thing was to get the uh graphene oxide, the hydrogel in the body because it becomes an interface where you become a receiver of signals. Um, so some of it creates physical symptoms or physical trauma, some of it is like voices, and so then those people end up in mental institutions because they're hearing voices, but they're really. Being targeted, so we call it gang stalking target individuals. It's a real thing, it really is. I have several gang stalk targeted individual clients, a lot of them are former military. Um, and so I believe that you know, unfortunately, they use their own as guinea pigs, and I don't know all the reasons why people get targeted and other people don't, but I'm just like I'm a detoxing expert too. So it's like, hey, let's get all this stuff out of your body, let's make sure you don't have any open spiritual doors because all of this is married to the occult. Um one other just coming to mind is Michael Aquino is a very well-known U.S. uh colonel. I don't think he ever became a general. Um, but he was a confessed Satanist his whole time in the military. But it was like there's no religious, you know, exclusions in the military.
SPEAKER_03Sure.
SPEAKER_01But he is basically repeatedly survivors come forward, and he was part of Montauk Project. He's part of uh, you know, Kathy O'Brien's story, which is very out there. You can easily find her documentary and books, you know, drug running, uh presidential sex slave, which is so he was very involved in the trauma-based mind control with the government and using all of these um tools that you know we're seeing now with Epstein. So understand with Epstein, it's like we get you in a compromising position and then we can blackmail you, right? Um, but how they get those people in the compromising positions in the first place can be using drugs, using mind control, or these people that they get into these positions are predisposed in pedophilia or the you know, sexual abuse. So you have generational sexual abuse going on there too. But Achino was one of these where marrying the occult with the government projects. Um, and the everything I'm telling you, you can go look up like this, isn't secret knowledge and oh yeah, yeah. It's pretty easy to go research this.
SPEAKER_03So that is just it's a fascinating, it's so fascinating. But um, I've had a couple of friends that are SRA survivors, and so when you hear these stories, like at first I had to sit back and go, are they telling, like, are they lying? You know, because they're so wild. Yeah, and then like once you really start to unpack it and then sit down and like do inner healing and deliverance with them, you're like, Yeah, holy moly! Like, I mean, you know, evil's real, yeah, but it's on a whole other level.
SPEAKER_01It is, and yet they were doing this in the old testament, it's in the Bible, right? We just think that stopped. They, you know, we became civilized and that stopped, but sure worshiping these other gods never stopped, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, absolutely. So, yeah, I just think are there any sort of other words you would have or any sort of other like healing testimonies or deliverance things that you've seen that you're like, hey, I really want to share this.
SPEAKER_01Um, well, just you know, I'm very big on educating uh from a quantum standpoint. We are a body, so spirit. Uh trauma can cause all kinds of health issues. And so we, you know, just doing therapy doesn't always get to all the healing that needs to happen. So I really encourage people to look at holistic approaches. You know, one of the my goals, having been married to a sex addict who didn't get well, I mean, truly this toolbox I created was born out of my own suffering. I lost both parents to diseases that I think could have been treated naturally. Okay, they had you know decided they would do that. I didn't know enough in the 90s to get them, and there's no internet, so I didn't have resources to the tools that I could have done enough research to help them. Um, but then they also needed to listen to me and they didn't. So um I didn't have a lot of support either. It was very, I was I was the weird, crunchy one in the family who didn't vaccinate their kids, right? Yeah, and um, so I I think that just, you know, I'm really big on educating on electromagnetic radiation, which is one of the other tools for sending frequencies out to people. Uh, it's not that hard. I have some information on my website. I think everybody needs to wear EMF protection, have it in their house, have everything remediated. It is a source of a lot of disease. And I also think it's an access point for any of this other type of targeting, right? Not the only answer, but with targeting, it's gonna help mitigate that. But we were just not designed to be around the frequency of electronics. They're not, they're they're not naturally occurring frequencies and they're toxic to our body.
SPEAKER_03So very toxic.
SPEAKER_01So that's important to me. And then I do have, you know, a whole tribe of practitioners who have been trained in, it's called IBRT Ingraded Bioenergetic Restoration Therapy. Um, we just launched a website for people to go to to find a practitioner. It's very thorough, it's very effective, it's very laser, it's all Christ-based. You don't have to be a Christian to come to a practitioner, but you have to be one to become a practitioner. And so uh it really, I believe energy medicine is the wave of the future, and more and more people are seeing this happen. And I always try to stay very scientific about energy medicine, but then also grounded in, you know, here's scripture, here's biblical access, because you know, there are a lot of energy medicine practitioners who are new agers and witches and things like that, and so you don't align with the wrong realm, if you will.
SPEAKER_06Correct.
SPEAKER_01But I really am just if people can get the right tools, get enough help to be in a work on themselves and then change their life in all these ways, they can become truly sons, walk in freedom, model freedom to other people, right? I mean, we we need this on a mass, mass scale. We are the most toxic country in the world. And we need that we need this paradigm shift on a mass scale. So that's really kind of my my motivation in this last next season. Um, I'm also helping consult with some people who are wanting to start brick and mortar businesses to uh uh for SRA survivors, trafficking survivors, and uh veterans with PTSD. So any high-level trauma, dissociate DID, um, even these wonderful ministries out there aren't necessarily equipped to deal with dissociative identity disorder, or they don't know that there's a lot of open doors to witchcraft, and things are astraling in, and there's all kinds of just they experience a lot of drama and trauma and backlash, and it can be extremely brutal. And and about two out of three safe houses close, don't don't make it. And I think a lot of it is because there's just a lot of attack against them being successful. So that's that's my opinion. So I just want to help those people like have better tools. I don't want to, I don't run the brick and mortar. I just want to find all the tools that can be put together to make uh turnkey models and effective models to really, really help accelerate the process. You know, I just I look for tools out there, I integrate them into my toolbox, and then I give those people credit for their tools. You know, it's it takes it takes a village.
SPEAKER_03So it does. Well, if you could encourage someone to chase after Jesus and pursue redemption, what would you say?
SPEAKER_01Wow, so you know, I have to say Jesus really found me. And so what I would say is ask him to come find you. Like just that little kid crying out for Papa, come find me, right? And if you're not sure, if you're not sure who Jesus is, if you're not sure you think he's good, a lot of times with my non-Christian clients, as we start to work, what happens is their blocks to Jesus get released. Because I believe if Jesus was standing in front of any person, how you know there's a song that said, How could you say no to this man? Like there's no way you could say no to Jesus. But what keeps us from Jesus is a misbelief about who he is. And usually those come from life experiences where we got abuse, spiritual abuse, physical abuse by a father, bad theology, or just bad conclusions, right? I think in the movie Um God is Dead, I'm not sure if it was that movie, but the guy when he was like 10, his dad died of cancer, and he had asked God to heal him and he didn't. So he determined God didn't exist, right? So we have these wrong conclusions people draw. So I think it's just that is like if you start getting some healing from your own trauma, um, which we all need anyway, whether you're Christian or not, uh, is it can bring you to realizing what are these blocks, um, having a relationship with a loving father and a loving savior, and being able to live with the Holy Spirit in a day-to-day existence is like there's just nothing on this planet that touches it. And so that, and if everybody has that experience, you know, sin is not a temptation at all. I mean, sin just means to miss the mark, but iniquity or just things that you know are deviating from the path, they're not a temptation when you truly experience the tr the true trinity for who they are without these blocks of all those things I just mentioned.
SPEAKER_03So this was so fantastic. Thank you so much for coming on. I'm so excited to get this out into the world.
SPEAKER_01Thanks for inviting me, Heather. And I just um You are so precious. I love being able to get to just share my life story. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing how God redeems all your pain. And then it can help other people. Like it's just probably when I if I get uh an email from people who've read any of my books and they just say, like, literally, and this changed my life. I'm like, how does life get any better than that? That you're that God redeemed everything you've ever been through for something, my own healing and transformation, and then for other people, like it just doesn't get better than that. And I believe that's a survivor story too. God wants to redeem all of their trauma so that they can be sons and really impact the world as well.
SPEAKER_02Well, on that note, thank you so much. That's we're spot on. Thanks, Heather. Appreciate it.
SPEAKER_05Here I am in the store. Here I am in the straw. Just into the rhythm looking. Here I am looking at the straw. Justin to the rhythm look.
