Yeah. Absolutely. So tell us about your journey of uh coming to know Jesus.

Well, it started in high school. Okay. And uh it was tenth grade. I went to a young life retreat, and uh man started to talk about uh knowing the Lord, knowing Jesus, how to do it, and it just kind of resonated as truth. So that's when I gave my life to him. Uh it made a uh direct impact. You could start to see changes in my life, but it wasn't until um college that the Lord started to get a real grip on me and show me the reality of his word, and it came alive. And and so um that was a real turning point, kind of the next phase in life. And you know, I guess as we go through life, there are like these big phases that God shifts. But those are the first two.

Oh, I love it. So can you tell us a little bit about your journey with healing and deliverance and how God has brought all of this into your life, which is sort of what we're gonna unpack today?

Oh gosh, so that's uh that's gonna be the rest of the show now.

How uh so I gotta back up a little bit to set the stage. That'd be great. I um uh grew up in a very evangel evangelistic um uh reformed church, uh, very conservative theology. Okay. Uh when I shared that with my wife, she says she thinks about polit political conservative, and that's not it. Um but very conservative theology means um uh a real deep study of the word, a real black and white understanding of the word. And um and because of that, that their version of their understanding is the only truth that was that exists, right? So I call it very legalistic. Uh but it was really good. It was uh grounded in in biblical authority and biblical reality. Uh the first pastor, especially, had a lot of love and faith, and and it emanated through all that. Uh then we shifted pastors and it became more of an intellectual church as opposed to a faith church, if that makes sense.

Absolutely. Yep.

And uh very cessationist. Um uh the typical way to pray for people is Lord, please heal this person if it be your will, because it may be your will that they be sick. You might have brought this sickness upon them to teach them something. And so it was kind of a very uh the religious way of praying, the deep, mature spiritual way is Lord, heal this person if it be your will. I don't want to pray anything that's not your will. And that's where I was for 35 years. And then um uh about 10 years ago, God started opening my eyes to a different reality. I started to watch, uh there was a series that a docuseries that was on one of the streaming uh video platforms, and it wasn't produced by the platform, it was an outside producer, but they distributed it. And I started to see people that were um going out and praying for people and healing them. And it was the first time I'd ever seen that. I didn't think that happened. My church said that the gifts, the supernatural gifts had all ceased at the death of the apostles. So I got excited. Uh, there's something that just welled up from within my heart that resonated truth, much like when the man shared the gospel in tenth grade, uh, it resonated truth. And you know, your heart a lot of times can discern what is true and what is false. Um, because the heart is actually uh uh where God speaks through us. So this resonated truth, and there was a it was a trilogy, it was a three-part series, so I just kind of devoured them one after another, and I couldn't let it rest. It had a grip on me. Uh I felt and knew for certain that the Lord was moving me to go pray for people for healing, but um uh I wasn't ready because I didn't know that it was God's will that He wanted people healed. That's how because of how I was brought up. And I knew enough about faith because I'd been teaching on faith for years that faith is the absolute certainty of God's will. It's uh it's faith is when you step out clearly on God's directed um call and do it with absolute confidence that he's going to then perform that for which he has called you to step out for. And with that I knew that if I was going to be praying for people for healing, I had to have a deep understanding and conviction that it was actually God's will that he wanted them healed. Um, what does it say in James? It says that um uh, you know, and if anyone lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, and uh God will give it to him, but let him ask without doubting, for the one who doubts ought not to expect to receive anything from the Lord. And so even though it may be God's will to grant you wisdom, if you doubt it, then it says that he's not going to give it to you. There's something about that belief of faith that causes those things that you've asked for to then be fulfilled. Jesus says this, I think, in Mark 11, where he says, Uh, pray, believing that you have received it, which is, I already believe that it's mine.

And then in the future tense, it shall be granted you. So I knew I knew these passages well. So I spent six months trying to understand from God's word whether it was his will to heal people or not. I know it seems like a simple thing to many of us, but for me, that was a big question. And I came to the firm, convicted conclusion from Scripture that it was. And there's several things that led into that. Uh, number one, back in Isaiah it says, by his stripes we are healed, talking about the Messiah. Then in Matthew, there's a statement that says uh Jesus healed all to fulfill the prophecy that he heals our sicknesses and diseases. Uh but the things that started to really resonate more specifically for me was it says that um uh uh Jesus only Jesus speaking to the Pharisees said, I only do the things I see my Father doing. Which means that when he healed someone, he already saw his father heal. So that tells me that at least at that micro moment for that person, then it was God's will to heal. But then you go a little bit further and you see in Hebrews 1, it says that Jesus is the exact imprint of God the Father, meaning he's an exact replica, image-wise, of the Father. Jesus even claims that the Father and I are one. And then I started to read through the Gospels again, looking for any clues, and it became very clear that Jesus turned no one away for healing who came to him. 100% of the people in the gospels that came to Jesus to be healed, he healed. Even those like the Seraphimetian woman who was a Gentile, Jesus came for the Jews, and he was in Sidon at this time, which is outside of Israel, and it was a gentile area. And the Seraphimician woman comes and says, Please heal my daughter, she has a demon.

And Jesus said, Well, it's not good to give the uh children's bread to the dogs, and uh, because they called Gentiles dogs at that time. And she said, But yes, Lord, but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall off the children's table. And Jesus says, Well done, you have faith, therefore may your daughter be healed. And so there was no one that he withheld healing from. And that started to show me the heart of the Father that his will is to heal. His will is to uh bless his people, bless his children. In fact, he even says in Matthew 6, I believe it is, uh, don't worry about what you're gonna wear, don't worry about what you're gonna eat, don't worry about all these things. Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you. Well, they'll be not rewarded to you, but given. And so there's this whole undercurrent throughout the scriptures that indicate God wants the best for his people, and that sickness and poor health is not the best. And therefore, it is his will to heal when someone comes to him by faith. That was my first understanding, is coming by faith. So once I came to that conclusion, uh, I was at an event uh focused on healing and gifts and stuff, and this was um uh October 2016. Okay, and I was now ready. I was ready to test this out. Unlike a lot of people who go pray for healing, they want the gift of healing. I wasn't pursuing a gift of healing, I was simply pursuing whatever the Lord was leading me to do.

And uh because of that, I did not pray for anyone until I was certain it was God's will. And once I came to that absolute conclusion, then it was that uh one weekend there in October that I went out and tested it. And I prayed for 18 people, went to a gas station or grocery store in Walmart, and six of them were instantly healed.

It was all pain related, uh, very severe pain on many of them. Things that my dog, my dad, who's a physician, I was telling him some of these things, and he said, Well, if that thing disappeared, that's a true miracle because that's impossible. So it's those type of things that started to happen, and that got me on the journey of uh praying for people and healing, which is not the purpose of this call. I just want people to know this isn't about uh gift of healing, but God took me even deeper in understanding the process behind healing. So, but that's that's the first stage.

Wow, that's so cool. I love how it all comes together. So, can you speak a little bit to sort of the 18 doors that people open that need healing and deliverance?

SPEAKER_08 12:54

Yeah, uh, let me build into that so it makes some sense for our people. Um so a lot of things started to happen. Uh, first thing, uh I kind of I laugh at this now, it was quite concerning then. Um, but you know, you can laugh at ludicracy uh after the fact and go back and just have great compassion for people. Sure. And uh so my church was a mega church, it still is. At that time it was about 5,000 members. Uh so you have a whole layers and layers of pastors. And I went to my senior pastor and I said, Hey, I'm praying for people and God's healing a third of them. And he said, uh, well, you know, Satan can heal too. And uh because they didn't believe God would be healing through a person's prayer. Their doctrine was that ingrained in them that they uh felt it more likely Satan was healing. I said, Well, no, that's not Satan because I'm sharing the gospel. And then um uh, but because I didn't like that answer, I went to the next senior pastor. Okay, and all excited, hey, let me tell you, you know, I'm out there praying for people and God's healing them. His first comment was, well, you know, Satan can heal too. So um uh so that was the church I came up through. Um but that forced me to do uh the most the one of the greatest things I've ever done in my Christian life, besides pursuing the Lord, it taught me to never believe man on what he says is a biblical truth. Because if my pastors who had studied God's word so much and claimed to know it, and they could quote it and they could preach on it and make a compelling argument, if they misunderstood that it was thinking it was Satan healing through my hands and through my prayer process rather than God, then what else have they been telling me that was absolutely wrong? So I and I and I share this because I want to encourage those in your audience who have a passion to really dig deeper to pursue the Lord, yeah, to do what I did if they are of a studious mind, okay, and that is jettison man's um opinion of what God's Word says. Listen to man on what they think it says, listen for the scriptural verses that they use to back up their opinion.

But recognize that everyone's doctrine is simply man's opinion of what God's word says. And then go to the Lord and say, I want to study your word and I want you to reveal the truth of whatever this is. And you go to the word and let the Holy Spirit reveal his word to you. Because if you were taught by the Holy Spirit, this is what uh Jesus says in John 16 and 17, basically, starts in John 14. This is the last night of Jesus before he's betrayed and then crucified the next day. And he says, I'm leaving and I'm going to send a helper, and that helper is going to uh remind you of the things I've said and reveal to you things you do not know. So the helper, the Holy Spirit, should be our teacher, not man. And uh and I've learned over time, though, that not everyone um uh studies as well as others. God has given some a gift of being able to really discern his word, to follow him and be able to study. Other people don't have a concentration level. Uh, I've been blessed with being able to do it. So this isn't necessarily for everyone, but I'm just saying for those who have a heart and a passion to dig deep and want to know the deeper truths of God's word, then reject everything I'm saying and go study God's word to validate what I'm saying.

Reject everything your pastor is saying. Not reject it, but don't count it as gospel truth. Count it as opinion and then go research God's word and see what He reveals to you. Because uh when I started to do that, I started to understand scriptures at a much deeper level because I I stopped abdicating the study of God's word to someone else and started to take that responsibility upon me to allow the Holy Spirit to teach me rather than man. And when you start to do that, all kinds of things opened up. So uh at the beginning, uh a third of the people I prayed for were being healed, all kinds of pain stuff. So uh RSD, uh arthritis, degenerative disc, sciatica, all things like that. Sure. And then um uh I kept pressing in because I realized that if Jesus had prayed for them, a hundred percent would have been healed. And therefore, there's something different between me and Jesus. And and I don't say that tongue in cheek. I don't, you know, we say, well, Jesus is God. Well, no, he is fully man, but also fully God. But it says very clearly in Scripture that he walked on earth in the form and frailties of man. Everything he did, he did as man, not as God. It even says, and I think it's in Acts 1038 or Acts 13.38, I forget which one. Uh, but it says um that God anointed, watch this, anointed Jesus of Nazareth. So that's very clearly talking about the man, Jesus.

God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power to go about and uh and heal people through the power of the Holy Spirit is basically what it's saying. So it wasn't Jesus who healed, sure. There was a Holy Spirit working through him. He was simply a man in his frailties as man showing us how to do this. And so when I say that there's something different between me and Jesus, what I was what I'm indicating is the only thing I could realize that he had different than I did was greater faith. He believed because he knew God's word more, he was more uh uh uh abiding with the Father, and therefore he could operate in greater faith and authority. So I started to press in on how do you increase that faith and authority. And um uh I'll give you the Cliff Note version, it's fasting. Yeah. Um I noticed that when I would fast, because I started to test all kinds of things, and when I would fast uh for 30 or 35 hours before praying for people, I saw the results triple from one-third to 90%, uh, from having to pray three, four, or five times to praying one or two times. Uh, and I started to see all kinds of other things. I've seen blind eyes open, uh, deaf ears open, glaucoma disappear, uh, depression and anxiety started to work, see COPD. Uh, so a lot of things started to happen. And then the um uh other thing that started to happen during this time is God started to take me into deliverance ministry. And I started to see a very, I started to see that in deliverance ministry, when you would deliver people from various spirits, that whatever those spirits were doing in that person's life would instantly disappear. So heavy pain, heavy despair, heavy anxiety, um uh darkness in their mind, whatever it was, yeah, voices that they hear, when that spirit would leave, so would all the issues. And then he started to reveal to me that as I'm out praying for people and I would see instant healing, that it was simply something in the spiritual realm that was leaving. Yeah. Okay. And that started to create this framework to then move into your question about 18 categories. Yeah. But it started to create this framework that when we're dealing with sicknesses and issues that needed to be healed, it's not entirely simply a physical issue. Correct. In fact, I've learned that in almost all cases it's not, it's a spiritual issue. And it's a spiritual issue that manifests in our physical life. Because as with deliverance, when a spiritual entity leaves, a physical healing occurred. So as I'm praying for people, uh I would go to Walmart, and as I'm praying for people, and they were instantly healed, the Lord was revealing it was a spiritual entity that was leaving. So I wanted to understand that more. And I started to see this pattern in scripture. And the pattern is sin creates consequence. Now we all know that in intrinsically, even my church that I stayed 35 years at, they will preach that sin creates consequence. But you say, what type of consequence does it produce to me? Well, no. Yeah, sin creates the consequence of. You know, they had no answer because they didn't believe it really had consequence. Because they say, Well, we're saved by the blood of Jesus, all of our sins are gone, therefore we really don't battle with sin anymore. But yet, on the other hand, they say, and when you fall into temptation, don't give in to it. You know, seek the Lord in prayer and and because we're being sanctified. So they recognize this issue of sin in our life, but they didn't recognize they wouldn't be, they're not willing to accept that it actually has implication. They didn't know how to handle that. But what I started to see, because I'm I'm of a scientific mindset, I come from seven generations of medical doctors. And back in the old days of medicine, uh sort of like chiropractic today, you know, everyone is independent and there's no uh standardized formula. And so all the medical docs of years back, they would test and analyze their patients and see what works, and they would be a scientist of human health. And so I started to become a scientist of spiritual healing, what's going on? And I started to see this pattern in the Bible that the Lord began revealing. And I want to share five scriptures to just show this to you because this gets into your question of what goes on and how we how we fall into things that create um uh problems. Sickness, uh darkness, relationship struggles, constant job failures, constant poverty type of issues, maybe not poverty, but where you never have enough money, there's always more month than them than there is money. And no matter what you do, it seems like you're always going behind. And many of those things I find are rooted in the spiritual realm. So let me walk you through what God says about sin and consequence, especially as it relates to health. And uh Deuteronomy 28, uh verses 58 through 61, the backdrop on this is the Israelites are just about to go into the promised land, and Moses is recounting all of the law that God had given them. Sure. And that's basically what Deuteronomy is it's a recounting of everything. And this is in the section of blessings and curses.

If you follow the Lord, he'll bless you. If you turn away from the Lord, he'll curse you. Well, hold on. You mean God's going to curse people? That's exactly what God's Word says. If you follow him, he will bless you. If you turn away from him, he will curse you. Okay. So um uh Deuteronomy 28, 58 through 61 makes it really clear on this. It says, this is a paraphrase version, but you can go read it. It says, if you turn away from the Lord your God and do not follow him and do not revere him, which means if you sin against him, then it says, He will bring upon you all the sicknesses and diseases of Egypt, all the disasters written in this book, and even more that's not written in this book. So now we see very clearly in God's Word, if you sin, there will be sickness, disease, disaster, and more. Then we turn to Psalm 32. Uh in the NLT version, uh it's a little bit clearer. And this is David, and the first five or six verses, it basically this is the paraphrase. David says, When I refused to confess my sin, so now we have a sin issue. So when I refuse to confess my sin, my body wasted away, my bones ached, and I had no strength or energy to get out of bed. So basically the picture is when he refused to confess, he was so sick and ill, he was hurting all over the place, he couldn't even move enough to get out of his bed. He had no strength. And then he says, and when I confess my sin, God healed me. So now we see there's a consequence to sin, and that consequence isn't removed until confession. Then we move over to John chapter 5. Jesus is at the pool of um Bethesda, I believe it is, and there's a lame man there who's been lame, it says, for 38 years. Jesus says, Do you want to be healed? He said, Well, I have no one to put me in the water when the waters uh bubble up. And then Jesus says, Take up your bed and go. So he's instantly healed. He's able to now stand up, take up his bed, and leave. And he doesn't know who Jesus is. And then Jesus finds him at the end of John chapter 5 in the temple. And Jesus walks up to him and says, Go and sin no more, that nothing worse may happen to you. So Jesus is making very clear that your sickness, that lameness for 38 years was tied to a sin. And if you continue sinning, worse things will happen. And we go, well, you know, that's all old covenant stuff. Sure. I'm the new covenant, right? Jesus says we're now a new covenant, and in the new covenant, we're washed clean by the blood of Jesus, and that his righteousness is imputed to us, and that we're freed from the law. We're no longer under law but under grace. All these are truths, but me we misinterpret the truths. And when we misinterpret the truths, when we read through scripture, we're we gloss over the reality of the granular truth of scripture that continues this thread that sin creates consequence.

And uh one of those passages is 1 Corinthians 11. Uh in 1 Corinthians, Paul is rebuking uh the Christian church in Corinth for all of these different things of sin. And this is one of them. And this has to do with taking the Lord's Supper. Today we call it communion. We take a little wafer or a little piece of cracker, a little bit of grape juice or a little bit of wine, and we that represents Jesus' body and his blood. Sure. But back in those days, they would actually have a full meal. More like what we call almost like uh a cupbo dish, except everyone brought their own food and ate their own food. And what was happening in the Corinthian church is you had rich people, and they would bring all their food and all their wine, and they would have poor people who had nothing. And the rich people would eat and drink and not share it, and so they would get fat and drunk while the poor people would go hungry. And this was creating a lot of disunity and division within the church. Sure. So now Paul is rebuking them in uh 1 Corinthians 11, and he says, Because you have not discerned the body of Christ, and you're creating disunity, this is a sin. It says, Because of that, that's why, and watch the consequences. Some of you are weak, others are sick, and others of you have already died. Paul is making very clear that the weakness, the sickness, and the death of some of the people in that church are tied entirely to sin. And they are part of the new covenant. We go, Baby, I uh that's not what disunity, that's not discerning the body of Christ. I had one pastor say, Well, that's not what discerning the body of Christ means.

They always have an answer, but it is a sin. And we see this even more clearly in the fifth verse I want to share, fifth passage. This is uh James chapter 5, 14 through 16. And this is the passage in James that says, If any of you are sick, let him call for the elders, and they will anoint him with oil and pray over them, and the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, right? Um uh and that save means to heal. So the Greek word is sozo, which means to heal. Uh, but it ends it in James chapter five, James 5, 16, and it says this, and confess your sins that you may be healed. In other words, it says that when you confess your sins, you'll be healed, which must mean that you're sick because of sin. You confess your sin, now you get healed. So we see this pattern throughout Scripture that sins that we do can and frequently do have consequences in our personal lives. And what I've been doing with the prayer of freedom is now as we transition there, uh, is I'm finding that 90% of the people who go through the prayer of freedom see their sicknesses, diseases, uh, pains, relationship conflicts, and more disappear, which means uh that it was all tied to sin. So let me let me uh bring us up to date on what happened with the prayer of freedom.

So you go back, so I'm learning this stuff from the Bible as I'm praying for people at Walmart. I would only go to Walmart because it was a great place to just meet a lot of people.

It's a great place to pray for people, and people are so open to it.

Very open, especially the one that I found was best. It was right near the project. So a lot of poor people, and God has a real tender heart for the poor people. I this is real interesting. I pray for rich people, not as many healings, but the poor people almost every time.

The um uh so I'm learning this whole idea of sin is the root cause for most sicknesses. And then I'm out praying one day, and I go from 90%, because I'm always striking this, 90% of everyone I prayed for would be was being instantly healed. And then I started going back out, continue to, and within two weeks, I think it was, it dropped to 10% or less. And it was like, oh my gosh, what happened? Because it's like my my healing juice, if you want to call it that, disappeared. You know, did I lose faith? You know, I had no idea what was going on, so I went to God in prayer on that. I said, What's going on? He said, I took away your gift of healing. And I said, Why? He said, Because now I want you to learn to do it by authority. And I understood what authority is. Authority in the spiritual realm is this whole idea of sin and repentance. So watch this. Romans 7, Paul says, the law is spiritual. Okay, so that means that when we sin, it is a spiritual act. Oh, by the way, I want to clarify, sin is not an is not a verb. In the Bible, uh sin is almost always a noun. Throughout the New Testament, sin is a noun 80% of the time. And in Romans, where God, where Paul really talks about the whole aspect of sin and now uh salvation, he's he uses the word sin 47 times, and 45 times it is a noun. What a noun is, it's it's not something you do, it's another person, place, or thing. This is why we see twice in Romans 7, I think one of them is Romans 7, 21. And it says, When I do the things I don't want to do, it's not I who do it, it's sin that dwells within me. So he's saying it's another entity that dwells within me. So if you think about, I was talking about when the spiritual entity would leave, the manifestation of the problems in our life would leave.

That spiritual entity is an entity of sin. When we sin, we can open up a door for a spiritual entity of sin to come into our lives, and it amplifies that sin in our life. Sure. Um uh, you know, simple thing, if you blow up in anger, then you're more likely to start blowing up in anger a lot more. And the more you give in to anger, the more you become the slave of anger. That's what Paul says in Romans 6. If you submit your members to sin, you become its slave. So resist it and submit to God. Okay. So we see all these patterns. The uh so when God told me to heal by authority, I understood it to mean the whole idea of confessing our sin, or I like to use the word repenting of it, which removes the legal, the authority for that thing to be there so that you can be healed. This is why James 5.16 says, confess your sin that you may be healed. This is why uh David said in Psalm 32, when I confess my sin, God heal me. And we those aren't the only passages, it's throughout the Bible. So I started to go back to Walmart, and rather than me pray for people, say, in Jesus' name be healed, I instead guided them to uh repent of there's a process, but repent of whatever sin God was bringing to their mind that might be the source of their problem. And I started to see more people being healed of multiple things all at once, and more dramatic things than I'd ever had a gift of healing to be able to affect. Uh over time I began perfecting this process, identifying the types of sins that are most likely causing these issues, categorizing them, how to identify them and how to uh properly repent of them. And what I do now, uh I want to back up a statement I made. I made the comment that about 90% of the people see everything in their life disappear. Um, that's not just an abject statement. Um I actually measure this. So I volunteer teach and have now for about four years at an addiction recovery center. It's a Christian ministry. And at the time I was putting my book, The Prayer of Freedom, together. Chapter 12 is the engine behind all this. It's the engine that helps you identify the sins that could be at the source of your problems and strategically how to pray through them to confess them. It's the simplistic answer is you confess your sin.

But the process answer is it's much more advanced. It's like the simple answer on how do you bake a cake? You put some flour, some eggs, some milk, some um uh uh salt, and some other stuff, some sugar maybe, uh, and then you stick in the oven and it comes out as a cake. That's the simplistic answer. But the ingredients, the process, the sequence, how hot, how long you cook it, all these things determine whether you actually get a cake or just a blob of mess. So the uh so I started to see this pattern. So I gave chapter 12, which is this uh fully developed process that the Lord guided me in understanding and putting together. I gave it to all the students in um all three of my classes. Okay, and then I asked them to go through it on their own. Uh I had them make a list of everything, all their issues that they were dealing with before they started. So they would list their anxieties and usually, I mean their addictions, usually they had at least two addictions, uh, generally speaking, in addictions for drugs, sex, alcohol, and pornography. They would list all of their mental issues: anxiety, heaviness, depression, bipolar disorder, um, uh darkness in their mind, voices in their head. They would list their physical ailments like allergies or asthma or COPD. They would list their chronic pains, arthritis, fibromyalgia, muscle pain, joint pain, migraines, whatever it is. The average lady had probably eight items on their list.

And then I had them also grade the intensity of those items where they were right now. The average was a level of eight on a scale of zero to ten. So then at the end of 30 days of them going through this process entirely on their own, for those ladies who completed it, not everyone did, but those who completed it, I had them take their list of issues and regrade the intensity. 87% of those ladies, everything pretty much on their list went to a zero, which means the only thing they were doing is repenting of sin.

And if they went to a zero, that means almost everything they've been dealing with was sin based. So let me read you just one. This was actually a thank you note, one of those ladies in that class. And I want you to see just the holistic aspect of what's going on.

This lady's name is Catherine, and this is in my book. She says, I want to thank you for the prayer freedom. It has changed my life. Growing up, my relationship with my mom was really tough. She was abusive, and she and my stepdad would drink and get into lots of fights. By the time I was in seventh grade, she said she didn't want anything to do with me and left. That's when life began spiraling downward. By 16 years old, I was having sex with lots of boys and started getting into drugs. That was just over ten years ago. Before doing this prayer, I was addicted to heroin and fentanyl and meth. I had a lot of worry and stress and anxiety. On a scale of one to ten, they were probably an eight. I've had constant allergies and sinus headaches for years, migraines five out of seven days a week, and a super heavy feeling like I was carrying around an overweight backpack every day. Life has really been difficult. But the prayer of freedom and repenting changed everything. Literally, everything is gone. No more sinus issues, all gone. No more headaches and migraines, all gone. No more heaviness, it's all gone. No more anxiety or stress or worries. Literally on a scale of one to ten, they've all gone to zero. Even my addictions have gone down to zero. I don't want drugs anymore. I have no urges for them anymore. And even the thought of any drug disgusts me. It's all gone. All of that was repenting.

And that starts to show the impact of these things that we carry in our life, Heather, that we've been struggling with that we just think is probably just part of life. I'm getting older, I've got arthritis, that's just the way it is. I'm getting older, I've got glaucoma. That's just the way it is. Things of that sort. I've got this anxiety, and doctor said I'm going to have it the rest of life, so that's just the way it is. That's not the way it is. No. There is a solution. Um, I remember this guy came up to, I was on the prayer line at church, uh-huh, and the guy said, Um, uh, will you play, uh, please pray for me because I have uh this anxiety and is just destroying me. Sure. I said, Well, you came to the right person because anxiety is easy to get rid of when you when you know what to do. And uh he was sharing that um uh he's had it for a while, uh, over a year. He went to the doctor probably six months or a year ago. The doctor says, Uh, this is anxiety, you're gonna have it the rest of your life, so let's get you on meds. And that's all the medical community understands.

And I said, Well, uh, because I understood it differently. Anxiety is rooted in fear. Fear is a sin because perfect love casts out fear. So when you reject God's perfect love, you fear. Okay, those are the little connecting dots. So I asked him, um, when did it begin? He said, Um, about a year and a half ago. I said, uh, was there any significant event that happened that you became very afraid? And he said, Yeah, my wife had a breast exam, they found lumps, and I became terribly afraid. I said, Well, that's the problem. You're holding on to fear. You need to confess your fear, release it back to God. Yeah. And so um I guided him into a simple process to do that. Literally within three or four minutes, his anxiety was gone. I see this happen all the time. My daughter, uh, at 23 years old, she came up to me and said, Dad, can you help me get rid of night terrors? I didn't even know she had them, but now this explains why she was so afraid to go to sleep at night, why she always had her light on. She always wanted to climb in mom and dad's bed to go to sleep when she was a little girl. Uh And so I said, Yeah, that's easy to do. See, she'd been going through and kind of repenting of her sin. Like I I got an email recently. Someone seen one of my shows, she said, I've repented of every sin. I still have all this stuff. Can you please help me? I said, Well, did you get the book? No. We'll get the book. Well, can you just give me the prayer? No, it's not just a prayer, it's like 35 pages of stuff. It's like it's a process, right? To completely clear it out. And um uh, but when you're dealing with just one thing, uh, I've learned how to kind of pinpoint it really quickly. Uh so I was talking, talking with my daughter, said, Um, I can sure I can help you. Uh, how long have you had um uh night terrors? She said, since um actually I said, um, when was the first time you remember getting afraid? And she said, it was about three years old watching this TV show with my cousin.

I said, okay, that's probably where fear came in, right? So if you remember, if we if we sin, we open the door to sin, and then that sin becomes a little amplifier, and all it does is it keeps that fear alive. That's what anxiety is, that's what night chairs are. And so all we have to do is learn how to remove it. And it's not, and I want to be very sensitive with your audience to not make this sound um, I don't want this to be self-serving. Uh uh, okay. It's not as easy as saying, I confess I was fearful. Sometimes that is. Sometimes you confess it, sometimes you renounce it, sometimes you break it, sometimes you do this, sometimes you do that. There's a lot of moving pieces here because what we're dealing with is uh uh a set of a multiple set of spiritual laws that the Bible alludes to, but through empirical data of testing, trial and error, you can see the patterns and prove them out. And that's what chapter 12 in my book is all about it's really uh taking all that and putting through a process together that will handle almost every situation. Uh but with my daughter uh being able to pinpoint, I found I uh led her into repenting of her fear, breaking any uh uh uh sinful or unholy type of spiritual connections with her her cousin just in case there was any anything there, and with a couple other people that may have been tied into this because of how this stuff works. And then uh uh a few other things that we did, and I think the whole thing took maybe three minutes. I mean, we're just literally just kind of walking down the trail, uh talking through this, and she hasn't had night terror since. It removed it. So that's that's how this goes. Now, to your question, now that this given this long overview, you get you're probably going, what question did I ask? Well, yeah, the categories, right?

So um what I find is there are three primary categories of sin that handle probably 80 percent, uh, maybe 70%. But these are the three, the three big big ones. Number one is unforgiveness.

Uh unforgiveness is huge. Watch this. So big. Just just through unforgiveness or primarily unforgiveness. Um uh, and I don't want to mislead people that someone just didn't say, okay, I forgive John, and all of a sudden they were healed. Okay, it wasn't quite like that. There's a process here of um of managing once you remove the legal right, the authority of that sin entity, then there's another process to fully evict it and remove it so that it takes away the problems in your life. But just through that process of primarily forgiving people, sure. I've seen neuropathy disappear, uh, legally blind eyes all of a sudden see perfectly clear, um uh glaucoma leave, deaf ears opened. Um I've seen chronic pain disappear, like rheumatory arthritis and knee pains from accidents, uh, all kinds of things like that. So unforgiveness is definitely the biggest one. Uh and if anyone wants the scriptural aspect of that, is the parable of the unmerciful servant in Matthew 18. And Jesus makes very clear, uh, he ends that uh comment with his disciples. If you, as my disciples, do not forgive your brother or sister, my heavenly father will turn you over to the tormentors to be to be tormented with physical ailments, mental ailments, and physical pain. I mean, it's really very clear what's going on. So you have unforgiveness, then the second biggie um is sexual sin. Anytime you've had sexual activity with anyone other than a married spouse, not your married spouse, not someone else's, but someone that you're married to, okay? Um, even if you had that activity before you got married, it's a big, big open door for these type of things. And uh closing them off. This is why uh, if anyone in your listening audience, if you've ever had a sexual relationship with a partner that you no longer are involved with, it may have been 10 years ago, but you still feel controlled by that person, that's what's going on. There's still a spiritual entity left over. It says when uh two people come together, the two become one. And there's a spiritual entity that you've got to be able, you've got to break. And simply through sleeping with someone, um uh addictions, you can pick up a you know, there's there's um um uh anything that they deal with bipolar disorder, manic depression, controlling attitudes, violence, fear, rage, addictions, chronic pain, you'll start to see that you'll pick up a lot of the things that they've got. And it's because of how this thing works. So that's a real big thing. Another big thing is the occult. And even the things that we don't recognize as the occult, like dream catchers, or maybe um uh doing things like uh, you know, just going to a uh fortune teller or um playing with a Ouija board. Even if you played with a Ouija board one time and that was many years ago, and you've been a Christian now for 20 years, if you still have darkness in your life, heaviness, you still have issues in your life, a lot of it could be tied straight back to that because just becoming a Christian doesn't mean uh it removes the consequence until you confess. Um, this confession and repentance is so big. So those are the three bigs. Um uh there are a lot of other things that are minor, uh, can be quite significant, sure, but you handle those things, you get rid of most everything.

That's awesome. Can you speak a little bit to those who have walked through trauma and abuse? Because sometimes the sin that comes towards us or you know, or is perpetrated upon us can, you know, cause things to happen as well.

Yeah. So let me read one more story, if I may.

Because this is all about sin and abuse. It's also in my book. Let me just pull it up. So one of the ladies at the um addiction recovery center um was going through a lot of issues. Her name is Ashland, and she was uh basically she was raped by her uncle and possibly by her dad at around age five or six. That's trauma. Yeah. And for anyone who's gone through trauma and abuse, you're probably dealing with heavy anxiety and other issues. Uh, and that's where she was. That's that was the beginning of everything. Sure. But let me read her story and then I'll explain what's going on. She said, I suffered from crippling anxiety, PTSD, and mental illness ever since experiencing horrific traumas from men when I was a little girl. It left me constantly afraid. Every morning I would wake up terrified, absolutely certain something bad was going to happen. My mind never stopped racing 24-7. Doctors had me on a heavy cocktail of medications just to function. 400 milligrams of seroquel a day, plus boosperone, zoloft, and sleep meds. I'd been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and severe anxiety. I honestly believed I'd be on medication for the rest of my life. All of this was a direct result of the trauma. Yeah. Okay. And everything that then manifests from that. Then I went through the prayer freedom. The very next morning. This isn't like months later. This is less than 24 hours. The very next morning I woke up and everything was different. I wasn't afraid anymore. I wasn't terrified. For the first time since childhood, I felt peace. I felt calm. When I met with my psychiatrist, she looked at me and said, If you feel this good, you don't need meds. So I stopped. And I haven't needed them since. That was over six months ago.

I can't even describe what it's like to wake up and not feel afraid, to not need medication just to get through the day. I'm free. So trauma. What happens in trauma is there's still the spiritual entity that uh anytime you have sin, keep in mind, sin in the Bible is a noun. When John the Baptist says, Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, that word sin is a noun. It's not a verb. And the this is the one once you understand the impact of what I'm trying to say, sin is a third-party entity. It's not you. It's like cancer. Cancer can be in you, but it's not you. This is why Paul says there's no condemnation. Sure. Right? Because it's not you, it's something else. But once you understand that it's something else and it can come into you, then it keeps you sick until you get it out. I can have a virus in me and I can get sick. I get the virus out and I become healed. All of these issues, including trauma, are very similar. So let me make a correlation as I talk on trauma. If I am healthy and I get really close to someone who has a contagious virus, I'm going to get sick simply by being in that person's presence. Does that make sense?

Because the virus is an entity, it's a noun, it's not a verb. And by being in their presence, I'm going to pick up that entity and it's now going to come into me and it's going to make me sick. Trauma is the very same way. When I am in the proximity of someone who has the spiritual entity that drives trauma simply by being in their presence and being traumatized by them. That's the proximity. That they do something to me, then that spiritual entity can transfer into me the same way the virus can transfer into me. And so now it becomes my problem to deal with. It wasn't that I went and did something wrong. It was simply that the person who had something wrong gave it to me. I've seen this happen over and over and over again. It's more prominent and prevalent than anyone can understand. And to be able to deal with it properly so that you can get it back out, it's not so much confessing my sin, because it's not your sin, but it is a spiritual entity of sin. Because sin is a spiritual entity. And uh let me see if this I want to I want to hit this home just a little bit more. When Paul says, do not submit your members to sin, but submit your members to God, he is contrasting very clear that sin is different from God, but it's the same element. God is not a verb, God is a person, placed, or thing. Sin is a person placed or thing. When you submit your members to sin, you become its slave. You don't become a slave of activity, you become a slave of an entity. This is really clear. Once you understand this one element of what scripture is actually talking about, it will change your understanding of walking in Christ and who we are, what salvation is, what Jesus did, and how all of this worked. It's like the missing piece that all the dots fall in line. So when you have trauma from someone else, a spiritual entity of sin is transferred. And that transference creates all kinds of problems in your life. Because now you have this other entity living in the spiritual part of your life that's wrecking your life mentally and physically, relationally, and everything else. And until you get it out, it's nothing you did. This is it, it's nothing that you did. You're not at fault. You just happen to receive something that you don't want. And now you have to use the right process to get rid of it. When I get a virus and it won't leave, I go to the doctor.

And the doctor gives me a medication that's designed to get rid of that virus and it's gone. But until I go to the doctor, that virus will continue to live in me, get me sicker, and eventually potentially kill me. Because my body doesn't know how to get rid of it. So you have to use a different process. That's what happens with trauma. That's why this lady thought she'd be on meds for the rest of her life, because the doctors don't know how to get rid of it, because the doctors don't deal on the spiritual side.

I don't know if that answered, but that's trauma. It's it's um it's nothing you did. You just received what someone else had.

Yeah, it's it's very unfortunate, but at least people are starting to talk about it and how to and how to heal from it, because that's the only way to freedom is to heal from all of that. If you maybe could talk to some generational issues and how you see that playing down the bloodlines.

Yeah. Yeah. So generational issues is the same issue. It's a sin, it's an entity, it's a spiritual entity that's tied to sin. Um, most of the things that we deal with, uh, let me rephrase. A lot of the things that we deal with are generational.

My wife had panic attacks all the time. Found out that her mom had panic attacks, her sister has panic attacks, her mom's mother had panic attacks. So now you see this issue of fear, panic attacks, this spiritual entity coming down the line. So I led my wife, uh, before I formalize this into uh what I've done with the prayer freedom book, I led her to uh go through a process to uh release all that, to confess that sin that was within her. Not that it was hers, but she inherited it, right? Uh she didn't commit it, but it is hers because it's now in her. Yeah. The same thing that happens through trauma. And uh she hasn't dealt with panic attacks since. You know, they used to be really, really frequent. And now if there is a panic attack, it's very, very, very rare. Um the people in addictions. Sure. I'll always have them raise their hands. How many of you uh do your parents or grandparents suffered with addictions? 80 to 90 percent of the hands raised because it's a spiritual thing. Where did we see this in scripture? We see this in Exodus.

And God says uh that I will forgive uh iniquity, transgressions, and sin. I'm a loving God. Uh but he also says, but I will not leave the guilty unpunished, or I will not clear the guilty. He doesn't use the word punishment. He says, I will not clear the guilty, I will visit the iniquities of their fathers, which means mothers and fathers. I will visit the iniquity of all the forefathers, forebearers, down to the third and fourth generation. So now we see that iniquity is a is a more egregious type of sin than the typical sin. And it's something that violates God's holy standard. The the the actual Hebrew word for iniquity means to twist or to pervert. So it's a twisting and perversion of God's holy standard. So God's holy standard, very clear, are the Ten Commandments. Those are holy standards. That was actually a wedding covenant between God and man, uh first with Israel, and now that same is our covenant uh in the new covenant. But uh those are his holy standards. He said, I am holy, therefore you shall be holy, and here are the standards, and we got the Ten Commandments. So anything that violates that becomes an iniquity. And an iniquity is going to be transferred down and visited down to third three and four generations. So there are a lot of things that we may be dealing with that originated from our parents or grandparents or great-grandparents, and we're dealing with, in fact, one real interesting thing that story of Ashlyn, who had been uh abused and traumatized at such an early age.

When she went through the prayer of freedom, she had two daughters, uh, one and three years old, and they were both uh diagnosed with uh asthma, which is way too young for asthma. Both of them were on inhalers, and they were taking the inhalers at a faster rate than the doctor prescribed them. Wow. It was that bad. And when Ashlyn went through the prayer freedom and everything disappeared for her, the asthma disappeared for her children. And what that shows is the asthma was an iniquity, a generational sin that was visiting her children, either because of whatever she had that she did, or that came down through her bloodline through her parents. But by going through the prayer of freedom, it nullified all that. She didn't even pray for her children. She just noticed that when I got free, my children no longer asked for the inhalers anymore, and they're running around, jumping up and down, you know, doing all kinds of things as little kids, and they're totally well. I see this happen frequently that when a parent will go through the prayer of freedom, issues in their children's lives start to disappear. It's so prevalent that that issue, I call it an issue grid. When I had the students make a list of all their issues and then rate the intensity, I have that grid in the book, and I have one specifically also for your children. So you can start to learn to measure and monitor what type of impact is happening in my children's life simply because I'm going through this personally.

Yeah, and that was part of the reason I downloaded the book was just to be able to pray over my family, um, not just my kids, but my parents too who help out with my kids, because they don't believe in any of this. And I was like, well, I'm just gonna pray about it. That's why I downloaded the book because I was like, oh, so there's something I can do, right? Because not everybody believes in deliverance, not everybody believes in healing, especially when you're raised sensationist, as you know. And so it was just a great way for me to actually start praying over my family of like, okay, we gotta get rid of the spirit of OCD, like it is just driving me bonkers. So I'm just gonna pray over you.

I love it. Yeah, it's there's so much power, you know. Even if someone is a cessationist, if there's a cessationist listening, yeah, um, this isn't the gift of healing. Yeah, you can you can hold on to your cessationist viewpoint with the prayer of freedom. All this is doing is guiding us through the biblical process that we see throughout the Bible, but very clarified in James 5.16 to confess your sins that you may be healed. Yeah, that's all this is doing. You don't have to believe in the supernatural gifts, you don't have to believe in in deliverance, you don't have to believe in any of this. All you have to do is simply say, I'm going to do what the Bible tells me to do. That's it. Yeah. And what the prayer of freedom does is it gives a structured approach to be able to do it well. I had one lady, she was in Emailing me. This was for comment. I mentioned that this lady emailed me and said, I heard you on the show. I've repented of every sin I can think of, and I'm still, you know, nothing's changed.

Can you just send me the prayer? Right. I said, well, I can't just send you the prayer. It's a big process to because I don't know what your issue is, right? Sure. And when when I put this together, like the stories I share, like with my daughter or with the guy with anxiety or uh other lady I didn't share with rheumatoid arthritis or the guy with a deaf ears that I haven't shared. When I'm dealing with people individually, because I understand how this works, I can strategically deal with them individually and help them through it, usually fairly quickly and very successfully. Sure. But when you're writing the process to help anyone with any issue deal with it, you have to build it into the process to cover everything, right? Because they don't have my domain knowledge. So it has to be able to stand on its own. And that's what happened with this lady. She wanted the simple prayer. You know, what is it? Like, you know, it's a you know, two-paragraph prayer and then everything gets free. No. Yeah. Um, because it I don't know where you're where the issue originates, what type of sin? I'm not sure uh if it's an iniquity or a transgression or just an accidental sin because you handle those things differently. Sure. Well, the Bible says to confess your sins. That's like me saying, you know, throw these ingredients together and mix them up and put them in the oven, you'll have a cake. But there is a process, and every cake has a different recipe with slightly different ingredients. The process is the same, but the methodology, the tactical part is uniquely different. So, what this is all about for the cessationist friends, and not just cessationists, but for everyone, I want to underscore, I'm not trying to sell books, I'm trying to help people get free. Okay. Um the Lord told me to abandon my business and just set people free. So that's what I'm doing. And the big part of the big message with this is there is a process. And please get the book so you can get the process. Because for your issue, it's gonna be different than someone else's, different than someone else's, and everything takes a little different approach to do it right. And this lady was saying, Well, why would God make it so complex? Um, I haven't asked them that. But the better the maybe the way to try to describe this, and maybe I'm kicking a dead horse, um, but if you think about our legal system, uh, you know, when you go before the judge and you're accused, if you don't have an attorney to kind of navigate how to respond to each accusation, because you can have three people accused of the same type of crime, but each one's defense is going to be different because based on the actual evidence that's being presented and the actual circumstances. The law fundamentally is the same, but the application of that law in each each indicate in each situation is uniquely different because each thing was uniquely different from the other, even though they all look like the same type of case. That's what I'm talking about here. Uh, everything we do has a uniquely different situation. And chapter 12 is designed to really cover all the different situations, and that's what this lady didn't understand. So I want to make sure that uh with your audience, you know, go repent, go forgive. If it doesn't work, just get the book and then do it because it'll work that way, right?

Are you asking if someone wants to grow intimately close with Jesus and be sold out to him? What is the pri I mean uh uh help help me narrow down what you're asking? Yeah, so it seems like an easy question for you, but I can see all kinds of things. I can, you know, starting at this level or starting at this level, because everything's a little bit different. Sorry, I'm I'm a yeah, I'm I'm a very precise person.

Yeah, no worries. So I would say basically the question that you just asked. So if someone was going to grow in their intimacy with Jesus and and you know, okay.

So that's it, that's an easy question. I teach on that because uh Luke 640 says, uh Jesus is saying that the disciple is not above the teacher, but when fully trained becomes like the teacher. And the so the question then, how do I become fully trained? Fully trained to walk as Jesus walked, to know him, to abide with him. For Galatians 2.20, I think it is, you know, it's no longer I who live, but Christ who lives within me. Um then there are three things. If you do these three things, uh then I have found that it's puts you on a turbocharger in your walk with the Lord. Yeah. It's feasting, fasting, and FaceTime. Feasting on God's word. No, don't study it. Feast on it. In other words, just read it. Let the Holy Spirit reveal what He wants you to know. Once you start to say, I'm going to study this topic, then now you're using it as a textbook and you're applying human knowledge and understanding to spiritual truths, and you'll get most of it wrong.

So feasting God's word and just put it in so that the Holy Spirit has the material in you to then start to reveal this truths. Number two, fast. Feasting, fasting, FaceTime. Fasting is water only. Ask the Lord what He wants you to do in fasting. For some people, maybe it's fasting one day a week. For others, it may be one day a month. Uh but what I've learned about fasting is um two things. Number one, it moves you into the spiritual realm.

When you're in the spiritual realm, you're going to hear the Lord clear more clearly. And if you have any gifts, you're going to operate in those gifts much more powerfully. And the second thing about fasting, the longer you fast at any given moment, uh, you know, fasting one day a time, one day a week for four weeks, that's four days of fasting, you will get significantly greater spiritual impact by fasting four days at one time, once a month, than fasting one day a week. In other words, there's an exponential factor of fasting. The longer you fast, uh, then the more it does something. Um, people say, well, where do you see that in the Bible? I'm only telling you from my personal experience. And when I tell people this, I had one guy that uh he was fasting six days to help with a friend as they were he was going to pray for them. And uh everything became so clear, the Bible became clear. He would read and God's revealing stuff, he could hear God's word almost like as clearly as you and I are talking. Yeah, uh, and then after you stop fasting, everything dulled down, right? So uh so fasting, real important. And uh more than likely, if the Lord is pulling you into these higher levels of really pursuing him, he's going to put you on a very good schedule. Uh for at one time he had me fasting one day a week, then he had me, I mean one day a month. Then with my gift of healing, I was fasting uh 30 hours, 36 hours at a time, uh, a couple of times a month. Then he moved me into three days on of fasting, two days eating, three days fasting, and everything just shot through the roof at that point. Uh it was like unbelievable. Um uh and then he slowed me down to basically fast every other day. So um uh, but fasting is highly, highly, highly significant. This is where you see Jesus casting out the demon of epilepsy, and the disciples said, Why couldn't we do it? He said, This type doesn't come out except by prayer and fasting. That I think is what he meant. And then FaceTime. FaceTime is significant. Um uh I know a person who uh has a very incredible grace on his life, and he goes into the heavenly realm frequently. Uh he's he tutor he is tutored by angels and by some of the others. I mean, it's a very highly supernatural, uh almost mystical type of experience. And um uh and I was asking him, what's the single most important thing you do in your spiritual walk? And he said it's being on his knees, face down before the Lord for extended periods of time every day. So I call it FaceTime. And for me, FaceTime is on my knees, face down, and it's a time of being actively inactive. It's not praying, it's not petitioning, it's not declaring, it's not worshiping, it's not anything other than if you can imagine looking into Jesus' eyes and uh and trying to stay focused only on Jesus. There is something supernatural. I've been able to validate it, but I it's uh loosely validated, but I see the patterns and they are highly consistent, that when we go down into that type of position, you're actually in the heavenly realm, much like yoga positions are a spiritual position to engage these different Hindu gods, right? There's something about the physical uh contortions of your body in positions that I don't want to get too kind of out there, but it's almost like there's something that happens spiritually when you put your body in a certain position. That's primarily what a lot of these yoga positions are, and that's why they're so dangerous. But in the Christian world, when you are bowing down and humbling yourself before the Lord in honor and in worship, just the position moves you there. I was reading a comment from a seer who was up in the heavenly realm with Abraham at one time, and they were down looking at the earth. Uh, and for your listeners, if you've never experienced this, then just ignore this part if you don't believe it. Uh, but there's some people that will resonate with. And they were watching these people on the beach. There were five men, and they bowed down to pray to the Lord because they were dealing something in some powerful ways. And as soon as they bowed down, they were instantly in the heavenly realm with this guy and Abraham. And I started to see this pattern that the position we put ourselves in physically will have a huge spiritual implication. So as you start to FaceTime, uh, like 30 minutes a day, the focus is to keep your mind clear of thoughts so you can simply try to focus on Jesus. You'll see, um, I I don't see in the spirit, but it's almost like as you're there, you can see into eternity. It's like there's another realm that you're looking into. For people who do see uh spiritually, you'll probably see a lot of things in this position. But it's you're not sure what it does, but once you start to do it for about a week or so, then your body thirsts after it. And what you'll notice is this when you do when you feast in God's word, you're fasting on a regular basis, whatever the Lord leads you to, and your FaceTiming, as you read God's word, it comes alive. Rather than being uh black print on white paper, it's like the print is on a sheet of glass, and now you can see dimensionally depths of truth far below the words on the page. And the Holy Spirit starts to reveal things to you, and you start to understand the scriptures at a deeper level. And as you start to do that, then not only is your understanding of scriptures deeper, but the fasting and the facetiming, it brings you into a much closer, intimate relationship, and you start walking more and more closely with God. So that's what I would recommend feasting, fasting, FaceTiming.
